When purchasing one of our 3DFS Safety Enclosure Kits with the air filter with activated carbon and HEPA filters, we also recommend that you purchase at least one additional activated carbon filter and HEPA filter, as these filters should be replaced every three months, depending on use. If you are printing daily, we recommend changing the filter monthly.
Included with this item is one 120mmx120mm activated carbon filter, and one HEPA filter.

None of the Ultimaker series 3D printers currently come with an enclosure, and anyone who works with one of these printers, especially in an enclosed environment, should have this enclosure, not only to protect the machine from outside contaminants, as well as their investment, and to maintain internal temperature, but also to keep their work environment free of fumes during the printing process.
