LulzBot TAZ Pro 3D Printer
LulzBot TAZ Pro
An industrial desktop 3D printer
The TAZ Pro is an industrial desktop 3D printer that provides large (11.02″ x 11.02″ x 11.22” build volume), multi-material and soluble support printing with LulzBot’s award-winning reliability
Key Features:
-
Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D Printer
-
280 x 280 x 285 mm
-
Material Extrusion
-
Out of the box dual-extrusion with expansive material options
Superior print quality
Hardened-steel tool head components and E3D hot ends with 360 degree cooling enable reliable printing of high-strength and high-heat composites that can be too abrasive for other machines to use. Combined with a strengthened frame, reinforced extruder electrical connectors and cable chains for improved rigidity, ensuring precise prints every time and longer product life.
3D printed part
X/Y/Z Backlash Compensation increases 3D printed part accuracy, while belt driven Z-axis reduces cycle times and eliminates Z wobble. Design based on experience from LulzBot additive manufacturing cluster which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and has produced over 4 million parts.
Multi-material, complex parts
Out-of-the-box option for printing with water-soluble, dedicated support material for printed parts with complex geometries, eliminating time-consuming manual post-processing. Access the widest array of supported materials with ready-to-print profiles including flexible (as low as 85A shore hardness), rigid, composite, conductive, high strength, and chemically-resistant filaments.
E3D hot ends
Vertically actuated hot ends deliver clean transitions between colors or materials. Dual active-lifting E3D hot ends also enable printing with multiple unique materials, with similar melting points, within the same part.
Easy, professional results
Enhanced electronics provide greater processing power, more memory, quiet operation, and additional functionality. Get professional results every time with automated X/Y/Z offset calibration, self-leveling, and nozzle wiping features.
User experience
5 inch full color LCD touchscreen allows for easy operation and an enhanced user experience, dual filament runout sensors prevent avoidable print failures that lead to wasted time and material.
