Modix Crash Detector

An Additional Layer of Safety

Add an additional layer of safety for rare cases where the BL-Touch bed leveling probe fails or is not being detected by the printer controller. In this case, the detector will prevent the print head from crashing into the bed plate.

Notice: Requires Modix Duet 2 WiFi Mainboard (included in all V3 printers) & the Modix Duex-5 Expansion Board (included in the BIG-Meter & BIG-180X).

This add-on will not work on non-upgraded V2 models. To upgrade the motion systems of your Modix 3D printer from V2 to V3, you need the Modix Duex-5 Automatic Calibration Expansion Kit
