Extend Your Warranty Beyond the Initial Year!

Make sure to buy your extended warranty when you purchase your Modix 3D printer. Each Modix printer comes with a 12 month warraty. The extended warranty extends this by an additional 12 months, giving you a total of 24 months of coverage. Don’t get left out to dry during your second year of usage.

Extended Warranty can only be purchased within the standard warranty period of the product. Warranty can be extended to up to 3 years.

Shipping & Delivery

We accept returns on non-sale items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our returns/exchanges process below. If items do not meet our requirements for return, they will be shipped back to you in lieu of a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply).
