Agile

Ultimaker’s ecosystem is characterized by openness without compromising on enterprise security: 3D print with your choice of materials, with the production capacity to create high-value parts and tools, plus seamless integration with infrastructure and workflows.

Transforming

Ultimaker isn’t your average 3D printer manufacturer. We’re on a mission to transform the way the world makes things. We dream of a world in which things are only made in sustainable ways, when and where they matter. To people, businesses, the planet.

“The use of 3D printing has clearly transformed the way we do business. And we will continue to use 3D printing and Ultimaker to deliver benefits to our customers.”

Gordon Gunn, Sylatech

How Can Ultimaker Help Me?

Ultimaker can give you a competitive advantage in a number of fields including product development, manufacturing, creating end-use parts, and more. The only limit on how much Ultimaker can help you is your creativity. Keep reading to see various ways that Ultimaker can help lift you above your competitors.

Product Development

Concept Directions

Evaluate as many early-stage ideas and designs, and as many times as necessary, to make a selection and proceed with confidence.

Shape and Form

Check sizes, shapes, and proportions again and again, until you get it right. Eliminate any potential production bottlenecks or design flaws.

Functional Prototypes

Evaluate fit, function, and manufacturability under real-life conditions. Make necessary design adjustments in next to no time and at almost no added cost.

Manufacturing

Tool Organizers and Safety Devices

When everything has its place, work can be done faster, more accurately, and more safely – especially according to 5S principles

Assembly Tools

Incorporate poka-yoke design principles to speed up and mistake-proof complex actions with custom ergonomics – such as product assembly or machine maintenance.

Quality Tools

Boost product quality by accurately and affordably 3D printing tools and gauges for every QA process using low-friction or non-marring materials.

Transport Tools

Any conveyor or production line can be fitted with impact-resistant 3D printed parts. Two-color dual extrusion prints can wear down and indicate when they need replacement.

Product Development

Custom One-Offs

Customize endlessly to meet all your needs. Bespoke, one-off parts without the cost penalty of switching to other processes. 3D printing’s versatility offers huge benefits.

Small Batch Production

Save time and money on low-volume batches for one-off orders or low-risk first runs before ramping up to full-scale production.

Replacement Parts

Cut out replacement part supply chains and purchasing processes and put 3D printed components into your customers’ hands by printing them on-site.

What’s Included

Ultimaker S5 3D Printer

Powerful, reliable, and versatile. The Ultimaker S5 offers reliable dual extrusion 3D printing on a large scale. The S5’s composite ready dual extruders are compatible with over 90 materials.

Ultimaker PLA (4 Rolls)

Ultimaker PLA (polylactic acid) is highly versatile, easy to print, and available in 11 colors. It prints reliably with high dimensional accuracy and a quality surface finish. This makes it an ideal material for a range of applications – from detailed prototypes to simple manufacturing jigs and gauges.

Ultimaker ABS (4 Rolls)

Ultimaker ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is formulated to minimize warping and ensure consistent interlayer adhesion. ABS material is a great choice for creating functional prototypes and complex end-use parts.

Ultimaker Nylon (4 Rolls)

Ultimaker Nylon is a polyamide grade based on PA6/66. It features reduced humidity absorption and a longer shelf life compared to other nylon filaments. Able to withstand significant mechanical stress, nylon material is a great choice for 3D printing tools, functional prototypes, and end-use parts.

Ultimaker PVA (2 Rolls)

Ultimaker PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) is a leading water-soluble support material for multi-extrusion 3D printing. It offers you freedom and convenience: to design complex model geometries that require supports, which dissolve away in tap water.

Ultimaker Breakaway (2 Rolls)

Ultimaker Breakaway support is easy and quick to remove. It leaves behind a smoother quality finish than other support materials, with no further post-processing needed.

Ultimaker Essentials

A powerful suite of online software tools that help you to do more with an Ultimaker 3D printer. Stay in control. Gain more flexibility. Streamline your production.
